Arrest made in Morocco shooting

A Lowell man is facing a charge of reckless homicide following a fatal weekend incident in Morocco. Frank Klotz, 57, is currently being held at the Newton County Jail in connection with the shooting death of Dakoyta Corning, 21, also of Lowell. The incident took place at the Invaders Motorcycle Club at 102 N. Polk Street, Morocco, at approximately 8:24 p.m., on Jan. 27. Corning was transported by Newton County EMS to Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, Illinois, where he was pronounced dead.
